The name Brushstrokes is inspired by the belief that every individual contributes something unique and valuable to the wider picture. Together, small acts of kindness, support and connection can create lasting positive change for individuals, families and communities.
We are committed to building a community where everyone feels welcome, valued and able to thrive. We support new arrivals and settled communities across Sandwell, West Birmingham and the Black Country, helping people overcome challenges, develop their strengths and build brighter futures. Today, Brushstrokes is proud to be a place where people from more than 100 countries come together to learn, connect and belong.
Our services are shaped by the voices, experiences and aspirations of the people who use them. Whether someone is new to the area, seeking support during a difficult time, or looking to develop new skills and opportunities, we work alongside them to build confidence, independence and stronger communities.
