Understanding benefits can be confusing, particularly when circumstances change or people are unfamiliar with the UK welfare system. Our welfare benefits advisers provide free, independent advice to help people understand their entitlements, maximise their income and access the support available to them.

​We support individuals and families with benefit applications, mandatory reconsiderations, appeals and resolving issues with benefit claims. By helping people secure the income they are entitled to, we reduce financial hardship, improve wellbeing and create a stronger foundation for people to live independently and plan for the future.

If you need any help or have any issues, come along to our drop-in session every Monday, from 10 am to 3 pm.
